314 SIs will pass out tomorrow

Of the 384 trainees selected for joining the state police, 314 will be joining the world’s largest force as sub inspectors on Thursday after the passing-out parade at the Police Training Centre here.

While the candidature of 13 trainee SIs was rejected for indiscipline at the Police Training Centre, 57 failed to make it as they could not clear subjects like forensic science and cyber crime during the one-year training programme at inside the police academy.
