37% rural youth sans Internet access: Study
In order to achieve 100 per cent digital literacy, the Jammu and Kashmir government will soon roll out a ‘National Digital Literacy Mission’. “The state government is set to roll out National Digital Literacy Mission (NDLM) to achieve the goal of Digital J&K,” Secretary, Information Technology Department, Saurabh Bhagat said here today.
The programme would be rolled out through Common Service Centres (CSCs) and other training partners to impart training to 55,000 persons in five selected blocks of Anantnag, Baramulla, Pulwama, Shopain, and Doda districts in the first phase, he said.
