37% rural youth sans Internet access: Study
‘One Library Per Village’, a state based organisation, has partnered NASSCOM Foundation to organize a Digital Literacy Week (DLW) from February 21.
During this period, two village Libraries, Dr. B R Ambedhakhar Library at Kakkathanam ,Vilangara and Thrikkannamangal Public Library, Kottarakara in the district will have a special free training session, according to National Digital Literacy Mission (‘NDLM’) curriculum.
