PM Modi’s Digital India Plan to Build I-ways Meets Only 12% of its 2014-15 Target

The Digital India vision of PM Narendra Modi seems to be floundering as his plan of empowering people with I-ways, is falling weak. According to the target set by the Government of India for 2014-15, 50,000 villages were to be connected through a national optic fibre network by the end January. However, only 12% of the target has been met.
